Business
There are several categories of Business related visas and the Secretary of State has grouped these under the title of Businessman. Each category requires varying intensity of detailed evidence to support the application and the majority require that the applicant makes his case outside of the United Kingdom to the Entry Clearance Officer at the British Embassy or British Mission in his home country. There are exceptions to this rule and certain applicants with current status of Work Permit, HSMP and Innovator may be considered whilst in country.
The main categories that are considered under this grouping are:
- Businessman
- Sole representative
- Composer, Writer or Artist
- Investor
- Innovator
We strongly recommend that the person considering an application under any of these categories takes advice from our specialist consultant who would be pleased to advise of the appropriate type of application and whether or not the case can be considered here in the UK.
Please call any of our team of consultants who will be able to give you initial guidance.
